My wife and I were very picky when it came to picking our home. Darlene was amazing during this process. She spent a lot of time with us looking through listings and viewing homes until she knew what we were wanting. It got to the point that Darlene could tell us before we arrived to view a home what we would love about it. Darlene was very honest and upfront about everything involved in the home buying process. Her knowledge of Hot Springs and the surrounding areas was quite impressive but not nearly as impressive as her ability to retain our preferences, as I know we were not her only customers. My Wife and I met Judy Hanson at an open house and instantly knew she was the Real Estate Agent we wanted to represent us. Judy is a straight shooter which is exactly what we wanted. We could only see homes on the weekends and Judy would line us up Homes to see sometimes 4 or 5 so we could get as many in to see as we could. We probably looked at about 40-50 homes before we found the one we wanted and Judy was very patient with us and help guide us with care. When we did find our home we had mentioned to Judy what was going on with our Mortgage Company and Judy suggested we try a Company she knew of in town, within 45 minutes of talking to who she suggested he had our loan approved in where it took almost 2 months with our previous company. Judy is definitely one of those rare Agents that actually cares about her clients and less about herself. Although she won’t admit it I know she gave up a lot of her time to help us find our home and for that our family will always love her.
Moving to Hot Springs, AR.? Then you need Kay Bancroft, a beautiful person inside & out! I had a bungalow in Bismarck 14 miles from Hot Springs. Being rural most houses there sit on the market for quite a while. She came in and helped me decorate, change some things, gave helpful hints on keeping the house presentable and clutter free. She took the best pictures possible, including most of the property, workshop including flowerbeds, etc. The house sold in 2 weeks. What a shock for me! She isn't pushy but shows you what you need to do, helped me with the price, what to expect during the sale period, what to expect in funds after closing. She knew exactly how to handle everything. This pretty lady just had it all running like a clockwork. I would not hesitate to have her sell my home - believe me she earns every penny coming to her. She also knows everything about Hot Springs and the surrounding area and state. If you're moving there, you need her. She'll do wonders for you! M. Petraca
