With over 20 years of experience as a Realtor®, Connie Vaden chose real estate as a career because she enjoys meeting and working with people, as well as networking with other agents. Connie has her license as an Executive Broker and works in the Trademark Hot Springs Village office. Her specialties include working with developers, new constructions, relocation, retirees, and acting as a selling and buying agent in the community of Hot Springs Village. She also specializes in the promotion of the lifestyle that Hot Springs Village offers, specifically promoting the Diamante Country Club and Subdivision.
Before a career in real estate, Connie was a successful business entrepreneur, co-owning, operating, and selling three businesses. She was the manager of the kitchen and dining rooms of the exclusive Red Apple Inn, a Private Country Club on Eden Isle in Heber Springs, Arkansas for 6 years. She was also manager of the Longworth Restaurant and Catering Manager of the Capital Club (a private club) located in downtown Little Rock, both which were owned by Worthen Bank, at that time for 6 years.
Connie owned, operated, and sold two Little Rock restaurants for two years, and was co-owner and manager of Cheqnet Systems, Inc., a collection agency for insufficient checks for 8 years, and a catering business for 2 years.
