Ron is a graduate from University of Arkansas with a degree in marketing and management.  He also has 14 years experience as a licensed appraiser, abstractor and title company owner.  Ron enjoys 25 years of experience in sales.

Jan has lived in Hot Springs for over 30 years and has been a full-time licensed REALTOR for 20 years with an extensive client base, repeat clients and referrals.  Jan served as 2012 Interim President and 2013 President of the Arkansas Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists.
