Kim helped us sell our house in such a quick & seamless fashion. She stayed in touch with us while we remodeled & helped us make smart decisions to SELL. The house sold & the entire process was completed in less than 2 weeks & I know it was because of her marketing skills!! Kim is an extraordinary agent. She spent many hours with me finding a house, giving me tours of my new community and assisting with every transaction, especially with the title company. I was relocating from out of state and she managed to find me a new mortgager about a week into the search.,first security bank, after my banker from out of state could not perform. She was able to get me into my new house in 3 weeks. She takes charge and insures transactions go smoothly. I honestly could not have closed on my house by now without her. And then she gave me a wonderful gift. She is with Trademark Realty, an asset to this enterprise. I highly recommend her if you move to beautiful Arkansas. She is wonderful.

I am so, so happy I contacted Kim. We made an offer on a home with her while we were out of country. Luckily the Seller accepted. Because we were not physically in Hot Springs, she was helpful throughout the entire process. She was super communicative, made sure we were aware of what was going on with inspections, etc... very professional and really knows her stuff! Any angst I had with purchasing a home sight unseen disappeared because I knew Kim would take good care of us. Kim will be our realtor for life in Arkansas. Thank you so much!!
