About Arlene Blann

Selling Arkansas is what I do! I was born and raised here and have watched Central Arkansas evolve over my 25 years in the real estate industry. Having sold over 150 million plus $ in homes, land and commercial properties, I feel very fortunate to now serve as an executive broker with Trademark Real Estate!

Yes, I have all the designations, exceeding the requirements to be a licensed realtor in the great state of Arkansas! It is a must to stay up to date on all the latest trends, issues and surround yourself with professional experts who also have a strong work ethic.

For me, it is important to treat my clients like family. I want to help the customer make sound decisions and good financial investments that protect their future.

Buying a home or business is an exciting time and I do want the process to be fun but I will also give you honest feedback and help you perform the due diligence necessary to understand both the market value as well as environmental, historical, and other factors that influence properties.

If you want a realtor that will be available to help every step of the way, give me a call!

I worked with Arlene Blann for about six long months and she was so patient with me and she wouldn’t let me purchase a house until she knew I would be happy. She is very knowledgeable realtor and knows many areas of the state and is so passionate about her job.
